Founded in 1988 in partnership with the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc., the Better Living for Seniors (BLS) Consortium is a dedicated network of professionals committed to serving seniors. Our organization, based in Pinellas County, Florida, is supported by a Board of Directors and several specialized committees.
BLS proudly represents over 220 members who are actively involved in enhancing the lives of seniors. Our members contribute their expertise by volunteering on committees, participating in information-sharing events, and engaging in networking and educational opportunities.
This collaborative approach fosters a supportive community where members can refer business and build valuable connections.
The Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, serves as a vital partner, providing essential services to seniors and their caregivers across Pasco and Pinellas counties
When an aging parent or spouse wants to stay at home, families deserve more than a rotating list of unfamiliar caregivers. Hallmark Homecare connects Pinellas County families directly with carefully screened, independent caregivers who can become a trusted, consistent part of daily life.
Founded by U.S. Army combat veteran Sean Eickhoff and his wife, Priscilla Head—a nurse who serves as Administrator and Director of Nursing—Hallmark Homecare puts families in control of who provides their loved one’s care. With personal, local support instead of a distant call center, they’ve become a trusted resource for families and care professionals across Pinellas County.
